Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Booking:

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• To secure your appointment, a booking fee will be required, the details of which will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
